PLANNED REGENERATION FOR DARTFORD ASSISTED WITH APPROVAL OF TWO NO. FIVE AND EIGHT STOREY APARTMENT BLOCKS

Members of Dartford Council last night resolved to approve a town centre scheme comprising of 92 apartments across two apartment blocks of five and eight storeys, adjacent to Central Park.

Hume Planning led the team and negotiations with office on a number of matters, including design, drainage, ecology and highways.

The scheme was approved unanimously and will bring forward significant landmark buildings and, alongside other sites, will make a significant contribution to the regeneration of Dartford.
