PERMISSION GRANTED FOR CONTEMPORARY APARTMENT BUILDING IN KINGSGATE

Hume Planning Consultancy is pleased to announce that it has successfully secured full planning permission for a high-quality and modern apartment block on a clifftop location at Fitzroy Avenue in Kingsgate.

The development will take place following the demolition of the existing property occupying the site, following an agreement between Hume Planning and the Local Planning Authority to replace the existing aged dwelling with a contemporary building design in order to raise the overall appearance of the area. It was agreed that replacing this single dwelling with a total of five apartments would also grant an opportunity to more efficiently utilise this area of land, aiding Thanet District to meet the current shortfall in housing supply within the district.
