FOUR SEMI-DETACHED DWELLINGS IN ROCHESTER APPROVED BY MEMBERS

Following Hume Planning’s negotiation with local Members and the planning officer, Medway Council successfully voted at the August Planning Committee to approve a proposal for four x 2 storey dwellings, within a sustainable location in the town of Rochester. The site comprised of an existing bungalow and underutilised garden, which will now be able to deliver four new family homes within Medway, making a small yet meaningful contribution to their housing supply.
