FIVE CONTEMPORARY APARTMENTS IN SANDGATE GRANTED BY MEMBERS

Following successful negotiations with planning officers and local Members at Folkestone & Hythe District Council, planning permission was approved at planning committee in August for the demolition of a single two storey dwelling and erection of a three storey apartment building with views across the Channel in the village of Sandgate.

Local housebuilders, Sunningdale House Developments Ltd, will be developing the site, which will make an immediate impact to the Districts housing supply.
