FROM RUN DOWN CARE HOME TO HIGH QUALITY APARTMENTS AT FAIRFIELD MANOR

After lengthy negotiations with planning officers, Hume Planning successfully achieved planning permission for the redevelopment of the Fairfield Manor site in Broadstairs under delegated authority in September 2019.

The project involved overcoming tree, ecology and transport constraints to enable the delivery of 56 dwellings on a sustainably located brownfield site and contribute to Thanet’s housing supply.
