High Court clearance for Lidsing Garden Community to progress

Hume Planning Consultancy attended the High Court of Justice this week (17th September 2024) to hear the Judgement of Lord Justice Fordham dismiss the appeal by Bredhurst Parish Council.

This Judgement will allow the supplementary Planning Document for Lidsing to progress which will inform an outline planning application that Hume Planning Consultancy will be submitting in December 2025 which is necessary to meet the housing trajectory set out in the adopted Maidstone Local Plan.
