REDEVELOPMENT FOR 23 DWELLINGS AT HOO FARM, MINSTER SECURED

Planning permission has recently been secured by Hume Planning for the redevelopment of a range of former buildings to 23 dwellings for a site that lies between Minster and Monkton. Although lying outside the designated settlement boundary, it was accepted by the LPA that the housing need and environmental and landscape enhancements secured by the development would on balance, outweigh the conflict with policy.
