The Practice was approached to review the potential of a former car parking area to the rear of the listed Anchor Inn public house at a focal point in the village of Littlebourne. Hume Planning reviewed the history and previous appeal decision and following pre-application input with the LPA successfully secured permission for a terrace of 3 dwellings.
