PROPOSED LIDSING GARDEN COMMUNITY ADVANCES IN LOCAL PLAN

Hume Planning Consultancy has secured the proposed allocation of land for a proposed garden community of circa 2000 new homes and 2000 new jobs in Lidsing, Maidstone.

The proposed allocation is now the subject of public consultation and will advance through the later stages of the local plan process.
