PLANNING PERMISSION SECURED FOR TWO DETACHED COTTAGES NEAR WESTWOOD CROSS

Making the most of an opportunity for new development, furthered by wider strategic housing allocations within Thanet’s new Development Plan, Hume Planning were able to secure planning permission for the erection of two detached cottages. Constructive dialogue with Council officers on matters relating to tree constraints, site coverage and access design enabled initial concerns to be overcome. The sympathetic design and siting of development makes efficient use of underutilised garden land providing a further windfall of sustainably located housing within the District.
