LARKEY WOOD EXECUTIVE HOMES GET GREEN LIGHT

Hume Planning has recently established the lawfulness of a historical permission following the preparation of a detailed evidence-based application which demonstrated that earlier works had commenced and relevant conditions satisfied.

This decision, which was critical in establishing the principle of development, given the site’s countryside location, the recent adoption of a development plan with policies that were unfavourable to development and site remediation that had occurred which had removed the on site non-conforming uses and the locus for development originally being granted.

This permission will allow an improved housing scheme of 10 executive dwellings to come forward, which Hume Planning will be submitting in the next few months.
