LIDSING GARDEN COMMUNITY MOVES FORWARD

Public consultation ongoing in respect of a 'garden community' proposal for up to 2,000 new homes.

The Practice is currently running a feedback consultation on a ‘garden community’ proposal for a 145 hectare site which has been included as a strategic allocation in the Regulation 18 stage of the Maidstone Local Plan for up to 2000 dwellings with employment land, school, local centre and open space and a new junction connection to the M2 motorway. This follows promotion of the site by the Practice. Consultation will run until 1 January 2021, and can be viewed on our ‘Consultation’ pages. A feedback form is provided.
