EFFINGHAM STREET

Hume Planning Consultancy has successfully project managed and negotiated planning permission on a former small parking strip in the Ramsgate Conservation Area. The plot between a substation and a Grade II listed building required a number of design iterations and introduces a well-designed contemporary property which, we believe, will enhance the appearance of the area.
