BUNGALOW MAKES WAY FOR TWO FAMILY DWELLINGS IN CLIFFSEND

Planning permission has recently been secured by Hume Planning for the redevelopment of a bungalow to two new semi-detached dwellings for a site that lies in Cliffsend, Ramsgate.

Hume Planning worked closely with officers to resolve concerns regarding the visual and neighbour impacts of the development. Hume Planning successfully guided the application through the planning process, achieving consent by way of planning committee vote in November 2020. The development will make a small but positive contribution to housing provision in the district, with construction due to commence in early 2021.
