This site comprised a two-story building, occupying a large plot with an outlook towards Pegwell Bay, opposite the Boating Pool in Ramsgate. Hume Planning worked closely with the architects and project team to negotiate an apartment solution and secure a negotiated permission.

Given the sensitivity of the location and interest in the scheme from local residents, Hume Planning is proud of this development which has had a positive impact on the character of the area.
