Within an Area of Local Landscape Importance (ALLI), Hume Planning acted for the landowner, negotiating planning approval for 44 executive homes within the Capstone Corridor, a key planning designation for Medway Council at this time. Key issues included housing land supply, housing need, drainage, and footpath connections, landscape and ecological impacts, and highway and viability matters.

The site with the benefit of permission was acquired by Abbey Homes and has now been fully built out.
