Hume Planning assisted Ray Casa Investments with planning and listed building consents for the sensitive and high-quality conversions and refurbishments of two separate properties within the Grade II listed terrace Nelson Crescent.
Both vacant and falling into disrepair, the client has rescued these two large Georgian properties, bringing them back into use as family dwellinghouses overlooking Ramsgate Royal Harbour. Hume Planning led discussions with LPA Officers and the Conservation Officer throughout the applications, and following negotiations, the proposals were considered to provide significant heritage benefits.
