Following successful negotiations with the LPA, Hume Planning secured delegated approval in August 2020 for the erection of a new family dwelling on underutilised garden land in Ramsgate. Key issues associated with the proposals comprised the impacts on both the character of the street scene and neighbour amenities, however following successful negotiations with officers, a positive solution was reached. Construction is now complete on the property, with the infill along London Road blending into the existing street scene.
