Holly Tree Corner, Cliftonville
Proposals are now complete for the redevelopment of the former fire-damaged Holly Tree public house situated along Northdown Road in Cliftonville. The high-quality landmark building contains 38 apartments in addition to a further three detached dwellings and a micro-pub at ground floor level.
Hume Planning and the design team worked hard to address the concerns of the LPA and statutory consultees during the course of the application, but it was ultimately the Inspectorate who allowed the development via the appeals process.
