Construction is now complete for a contemporary apartment building on a clifftop location in Kingsgate. Following negotiations, it was agreed by the Local Planning Authority that replacing a single dwelling with a contemporary building design would raise the overall appearance of the area and also grant an opportunity to more efficiently utilise this area of land, aiding Thanet District to meet the current shortfall in housing supply within the district.
