Hume Planning Consultancy worked with a number of specialist consultants, Council officers, and statutory consultees to deliver planning permission in 2021 for this unique sports and leisure development in the District.

The regional leisure facility opened the following year in 2022 and offers wakeboarding, an aqua park, open water swimming, and a local restaurant at the edge of Sandwich Village. It has become a great local attraction for all ages and sports enthusiasts to enjoy.

Our Practice is currently working with White Mills on a further phase of development at the site, including the creation of a training lake together with on-site camping facilities which, if approved, would expand and support the existing business.
