Home to DDS Group at their Thanet-based hub and a number of other local businesses, District Park is an unallocated employment site close to Manston Airport in Thanet. Originally occupied by a fire-damaged mushroom farm building, the Practice worked to secure the redevelopment of the site for a mixture of storage buildings and yards. The first phase of the development has now been completed, with the second phase currently under construction which will enable the delivery of additional high-quality general industrial, commercial, and storage facilities.
