Your views are sought regarding detailed proposals that are currently being prepared for the residential redevelopment at the Medway Bridge Marina site, Borstal, for 40 apartments. The site already has outline planning permission under LPA reference MC/15/2332.

The public was invited to view the latest proposals at a consultation event held at Cleve Warne Hall (at St Matthews Church) on the 19th February 2020 between 4pm and 8pm, where members of the consultancy team were in attendance to respond to any queries.

For those unable to attend, or wish to view the consultation material again, the presentation boards are now available to view by clicking on the links provided within the ‘Plans & Documents’ section below. The feedback form provided at the consultation event has also been digitised to allow further comments to be made.

Last comments on the proposals should be made by Friday 28th February 2020.
