WOODHALL SPA HOUSING ALLOCATION FOR 290 DWELLINGS CONFIRMED

A Housing Allocations on behalf of housebuildings Broadgate has been confirmed with the adoption of the East Lindsey Local Plan this week.

Following its promotion of the land on behalf of Broadgate Homes through a number of stages of the Local Plan Process, Hume Planning is pleased to announce that the East Lindsey Local Plan confirms a major housing allocation at Woodhall Spa for 290 dwellings (side WDP 314).
