TWO DETACHED DWELLINGS IN THE VILLAGE OF WINGHAM APPROVED

Hume Planning has successfully negotiated a scheme for two detached dwellings beyond the village envelope of Wingham.

The practice was able to overcome floor risk concerns, design and siting, and heritage issues which had seen an earlier application (submitted before the practice was instructed) refused.
