SUCCESS FOR BROADGATE WITH 250-DWELLING SCHEME APPROVED AT WOODHALL SPA

Permission was resolved to be granted last month (December 2017) by East Lindsey District Council’s Planning Committee for Broadgate Homes.

The site is well related to the attractive settlement of Woodhall Spa and had been promoted by Hume Planning through the local plan process (and was a draft allocation in the emerging local plan).
