SUCCESS AT LAST FOR ALLOCATED HOUSING SITE AT MINSTER-ON-SEA

At Swale Planning Committee in June 2021, Members resolved to approve a reserved matters application for 95 dwellings at Plover Road in Minster-on-Sea following a positive officer recommendation.

As well as project managing, our negotiations focused on drainage, highways and a number of urban design principles.

Following the completion of the legal agreement, this permission will enable the delivery of an allocated housing site on the Isle of Sheppey by Sunningdale House Developments which will have a positive place-making impact on its surroundings.
