PRIOR APPROVAL SECURED FOR FORMER KCC SOCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICES

HPC has successfully secured prior approval for the change of use and conversion of the former KCC Social Services administration offices to 24no self-contained residential apartments. The application was made under the provisions of Class O of the GPDO. This permitted development will facilitate the long term viable use of this significant 4-storey building located within the heart of Folkestone’s town centre – bringing about social, environmental and economic benefits to the area.
