PLANNING PERMISSION SECURED FOR 12 DWELLINGS AT THE EDGE OF THE EASTRY
Planning permission has recently been secured for 12 dwellings on a site at the edge of Eastry village. The site is located on the east side of Woodnesborough Lane and immediately adjoins the settlement confines to the north of the village.
Although located outside the settlement confines, the site was promoted through the local plan process and is considered to be a sustainable location.
