NEW LEASE OF LIFE FOR PROMINENT LANDMARK CLIFFTOP SITE IN THE CONSERVATION AREA OF WESTGATE ON SEA

Hume Planning have successfully secured permission for 31 dwellings in a mix of conversion and new build at a prominent clifftop site.

The site had previously been the subject of several failed applications and this had resulted in deterioration of the building and the creation of an eyesore for over 10 years.
