After many years of deadlock and the site remaining as a derelict eyesore in the heart of Ramsgate, Hume Planning has assisted with the planning approval for the redevelopment of this major regeneration site on behalf of Queenbridge Homes Ltd.

With the planning position updated, the development team now have the green light to progress and deliver some 87 dwellings which will support the town centre whilst achieving a sensitively designed scheme that has a positive effect on the town and Conservation Area within Ramsgate.
