Hume Planning has successfully secured a Lawful Development Certificate for the independent residential occupation of an annexe in Densole, originally approved as an ancillary use to part of a residential cul-de-sac. Unusually, there were no planning conditions which restricted the annexe’s use as an self-contained property, but nevertheless, the Practice collated and put forward a strong evidence base to support the continued independent use of the annexe over a number of years, helping to secure the lawful use of the property as an self-contained residence in its own right.
