HIGH STREET DENTIST FACILITY APPROVED

Hume Planning have successfully secured retrospective planning permission for the change of use of a building to dental use along Cliftonville high street.

The practice worked with the Client and Thanet District Council to reach the decision under delegated powers which has regularised the D1 use of the entire building, which had operated in this way since 2009, supporting the Client’s business.
