HIGH HALDEN PERMISSION SECURED FOR SUNNINGDALE HOUSE

The Practice recently secured detailed permission from Ashford Borough Council for 28 dwellings. As well as project managing, our negotiations focused on drainage, affordable housing provision and a number of technical issues including highways and ecology.
