Hume Planning Consultancy has secured a certificate of proposed lawful use in respect of a new Tweener lighting system at Walmer Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club.

The new lighting system is an innovative solution to year round play, illuminating courts in low light conditions, while minimising light spill. HPC made the case that planning permission would not be required, enabling the club to promptly install the lighting system in time for outdoor winter play.
