EDUCATIONAL BOOST FOR ST DAVID’S PREP FOLLOWING SUCCESS AT PLANNING COMMITTEE

St David’s Prep, an independent school located within West Wickham, secured permission to undertake comprehensive improvements to the educational site. This is part of a long-term development strategy to enhance and modernise the teaching facilities on offer and increase pupil capacity in response to demand within the catchment area. Hume Planning worked with Council officers throughout the process in order to overcome the policy and technical constraints which will enable the investment in an established school and the delivery of a high quality and landscape-led design.

St David’s Prep are keen to commence works early next year and we wish them all the best with the next stages of this exciting project.
