The Sandwich Wakeboard and Leisure Park (Phase 1)

White Mills, which Hume Planning led negotiations on, has now opened which is a regional leisure facility and we wish the business continued success and are currently seeking to secure permission for an early morning open water swimming club.

Princes Parade

In July 2022, Hume Planning Consultancy submitted the reserved matters detail for Princes Parade – a scheme of 150 dwelling/apartments in a prominent seafront location with architects Holloway Design Studio, on behalf of Sunningdale Homes.

Lidsing Garden Community

Hume Planning is currently preparing for the second stage of the Maidstone Local Plan Examination which re-opens in November and will, alongside our KC support, the officers of Maidstone BC and the allocation of the Lidsing Garden Community which comprises up to 2,000 dwellings, extensive opens space, a local centre and 14 ha of employment land that the Practice has promoted on behalf of the landowner.

Elvington Green, Elvington

Hume Planning is promoting and supporting an allocation of up to 350 dwellings by Dover DC’s Estates Team, which is an important allocation in the Regulation 19 draft Dover Local Plan.
