WALKING ON SUNSHINE: PERMISSION GRANTED AT SUNNYMEAD IN THE AONB

Hume Planning Consultancy has successfully obtained planning permission for significant extensions to a residential dwelling in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

HPC was instructed following the withdrawal of an earlier application in 2020. HPC worked with officers on a redesign of the proposals to overcome concerns regarding the potential landscape impacts of the development, as well as to mediate residential amenity impacts for adjoining properties. The permission was hard fought over the course of nearly 12 months, and the outcome will provide for a high quality contemporary family home by the Heritage Coast.
