INNOVATIVE COMMERICAL HUB APPROVED AT WESTWOOD

Following tweaks to the mix of uses, permission was granted in October 2022 for a hybrid scheme of 54 units (outline) and 132 commercial units (detailed) within 2 and 3 storey buildings. This permission will create an innovative commercial hub within the district of Thanet and we wish the client REWD Ltd all the best with the construction phase which is due to commence imminently.
